"The Citizen Health Care Project" Brown Bag Webinar with Professor Tai Mendenhall

The Citizen Health Care Project at the University of Minnesota has tackled a variety of health care concerns over the 15 years, ranging from diabetes and obesity to smoking cessation and trauma. Core tenets engage families and communities as co-producers of health and well-being. Professor Mendenhall will describe the evolution of this work, highlighting projects well-established and just beginning.

Tai Mendenhall, PhD, is Associate Professor of Family Social Science in the College of Education and Human Development at the University of Minnesota. His areas of interest and focus include Medical Family Therapy, Families and Chronic Illness, Trauma and Fieldwork, Citizen Health Care, and Community-based Participatory Research.
